Oct. 178 pounds body fat @ 15%, made a goal to reduce negative elements in my life.
Cut out the clown show online chatting every weekend, the weekly ZOOMs w/ needy/negative family abroad(we now link once per month which is tolerable lol). Alcohol usage down 50%, gambling down 50%, junk food drastically reduced. Dec. 1st : 170 pounds body fat @ 12% finna flex abs on dem hoes. -
