That was a great half life mod. I pre-paid Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 almost 2 years ago. They are now saying It is scheduled to release for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S in the first half of 2025.

No, just no. Regardless of what you mean by "in space" your dick would not "shrivel up into an acorn".

    1. If by "in space" you mean, like all the people who have ever been to space, in a spacecraft your dick would be just fine.
    2. If by "in space" you mean not in a spacecraft nut in a spacesuit, like every person who has ever left a spacecraft, then the suit is heated and your dick would not "shrivel up into an acorn".
    3. If by "in space" you mean in the vacuum of space outside of a spacecraft without a spacesuit your dick still would not "shrivel up into an acorn". Your blood would boil even at -275°. This would cause your dick to explode just like your eyeballs along pretty much every soft chewy morsel of you.

    Congrats speedy.

My business gets no subsidies and pointing out that a smart business man owns the business that let's Bradley be be a rent free bum isn't whining you snot nosed little creep. It's merely pointing out that Bradley can't stand on his own like real man.

Living in a group is like a flock of pigeons huddled on a cold, damp park bench. A chaotic mass of squabbles, fleeting alliances, and scavenging for scraps of attention.
  13. Speedy Parker Black Hole
In the murky depths of a seedy dive bar, the air hung thick with the stench of stale beer and the cacophony of raucous laughter. Kamala Harris, a low-level Assistant District Attorney, huddled in a corner booth, her gaze fixed intently on the man across from her: Willie Brown, the charismatic and powerful Mayor of San Francisco.

Kamala's heart pounded in her chest as she fidgeted with the hem of her skirt, her mind racing with a mixture of trepidation and anticipation. This was her chance to make a name for herself, to prove to the world that she was more than just a pawn in the District Attorney's game.

Brown's eyes met hers across the table, and a mischievous smile spread across his lips. He raised his glass in a sardonic salute, his piercing gaze seeming to bore through her like a laser beam.

"Well, Ms. Harris," he drawled, his voice a velvet whisper, "I hear you're quite the ambitious one."

Kamala's cheeks flushed a deep crimson as she struggled to find the right words. "I'm just...trying to do my job, Mr. Mayor."

Brown chuckled softly, the sound echoing around the room like the crackling of a fire. "Oh, I'm sure you are, Ms. Harris. But there are...other ways to advance your career, you know."

Kamala's mind raced as she tried to decipher the Mayor's meaning. "What...what do you mean?"

Brown leaned forward, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "Let's just say that there are certain...favors that I can offer you in exchange for...certain accommodations."

A cold shiver ran down Kamala's spine as she realized the true nature of Brown's proposal. She had heard rumors of the Mayor's reputation, of his penchant for manipulating and discarding women to further his own political ambitions.

But Kamala was determined to succeed, and she knew that sleeping with the Mayor was her ticket to the top. With a trembling hand, she reached across the table and placed her palm on top of his.

    "I'm willing," she whispered.

In the weeks that followed, Kamala became a regular fixture in the Mayor's suite. She performed tasks that went far beyond her official duties, often finding herself alone with Brown in the late hours of the night.

At first, Kamala struggled with the role she was playing. She felt used and humiliated, but she consoled herself with the knowledge that it was all for a greater purpose.

But as time went on, a strange transformation began to occur within Kamala. The more she spent with Brown, the more she became accustomed to the power and prestige that came with being his mistress. She began to dress more provocatively, and her once-reserved demeanor melted away.

Brown, sensing her growing confidence, began to exploit her newfound willingness to please. He demanded more and more from her, both in and out of the bedroom. Kamala found herself spiraling into a dangerous game, one that she knew could have disastrous consequences.

One fateful evening, as Kamala and Brown were engaged in their usual activities, a knock sounded at the door of the Mayor's office. Brown cursed and ordered her to hide in the closet.

Moments later, two police officers entered the room, guns drawn. "Mayor Brown," one of them barked, "we're here to serve you with a search warrant."

Brown's face went white as the officers began to ransack his office. Kamala watched in horror from her hiding place, knowing that if she was discovered, her career and reputation would be ruined.

To her relief, the officers eventually left, apparently satisfied that they had found nothing incriminating. As Brown slumped back into his chair, Kamala emerged from the closet, her body trembling with fear.

"What was that all about?" she whispered.

Brown shrugged dismissively. "Just some political shenanigans. Nothing to worry about."

But Kamala knew better. She had seen the look on the officers' faces, and she knew that they suspected something was amiss. She realized that her life would never be the same.

In the aftermath of the raid, Kamala's career spiraled out of control. She was demoted and eventually forced to resign from the District Attorney's office. The once-promising young attorney was now a pariah, shunned by her former colleagues and friends.

Willie Brown, true to his reputation, disappeared from her life without a trace. He had used her and discarded her, leaving her with nothing but a broken heart and a ruined reputation.

As the years passed, Kamala struggled to put her life back together. She found work as a legal consultant, but the stigma of her past continued to haunt her. She never forgot the night she sold her soul to Willie Brown, and she knew that she would never truly escape the consequences of her actions.

Originally posted by the man who put it in my hood Yes, Elon Musk and his companies, particularly Tesla and SpaceX, have benefited from various tax breaks, subsidies, and government grants at both federal and state levels. Here's a breakdown of the key ways Musk's businesses have received government support:

    ### 1. **Tax Breaks and Credits for Tesla**
    - **Electric Vehicle Tax Credits**: Tesla has benefited from federal electric vehicle (EV) tax credits. Until 2019, customers who bought Tesla vehicles were eligible for up to $7,500 in federal tax credits, which helped boost sales. Although Tesla has since surpassed the sales cap for this federal incentive, it helped the company in its early years.
    - **State and Local Tax Incentives**: Tesla has received significant state-level tax incentives, especially when building new factories or expanding operations. For example, the state of Nevada granted Tesla over **$1.3 billion** in tax incentives in 2014 to build the Gigafactory in Reno, including tax abatements and credits for job creation.

    ### 2. **SpaceX and NASA Contracts**
    - **NASA Contracts**: SpaceX has won billions in contracts from NASA to develop and launch rockets. NASA has also provided funding for projects like the Commercial Crew Program and the Lunar Gateway, a part of the Artemis program. SpaceX’s Crew Dragon capsule was developed with substantial NASA support.
    - **Defense Contracts**: In addition to NASA, SpaceX has received contracts from the Department of Defense for national security launches. This provides steady revenue and support for the company.

    ### 3. **Federal Loan Programs**
    - In its early days, **Tesla received a $465 million loan from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)** under its Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan Program in 2010. Tesla repaid this loan in 2013, but the program helped keep the company afloat during a crucial period.

    ### 4. **SolarCity (Now Tesla Energy)**
    - **Federal Solar Tax Credits**: SolarCity, which was acquired by Tesla and became Tesla Energy, benefited from federal tax credits for renewable energy. These credits, part of the Investment Tax Credit (ITC), have been instrumental in incentivizing solar energy adoption.
    - **State-level Grants and Incentives**: SolarCity also benefited from state-level programs, particularly in places like New York, where it received subsidies to build solar panel factories.

    ### 5. **Research and Development Grants**
    - Tesla, SpaceX, and Musk’s other ventures have occasionally received government research grants, particularly in areas like renewable energy and advanced manufacturing.

    ### 6. **Carbon Credits**
    - Tesla has also generated significant revenue by selling **regulatory carbon credits** to other automakers who need them to comply with emissions standards. While this isn't a direct government subsidy, the system was created by government regulations to promote cleaner energy.

In summary, while Musk and his companies are often portrayed as independent of government support, they have received significant help through tax breaks, contracts, and subsidies that have been instrumental in their growth and success.

While the term "welfare queen" is typically used to criticize individuals or companies that unfairly exploit government support or subsidies, the situation with Elon Musk and his companies is more complex and nuanced. Musk has undeniably benefited from government incentives, contracts, and tax breaks, but these programs are often designed to spur innovation, job creation, and economic development, particularly in industries like electric vehicles, renewable energy, and space exploration.

Here’s a more balanced way to look at it:

    ### 1. **Government Support as Industry Standard**
Many industries, especially in technology, aerospace, and energy, receive government funding or subsidies. It's not unique to Musk. Automakers, airlines, defense contractors, and fossil fuel companies have all benefited from similar government programs. The support for Musk's ventures is part of broader efforts to encourage innovation in clean energy and space, which are seen as critical for the future.

    ### 2. **Public-Private Partnerships**
Musk’s companies, particularly SpaceX, have helped the government achieve important objectives—like reducing reliance on Russian rockets and developing renewable energy solutions. SpaceX has also saved NASA significant amounts of money compared to previous space missions. These partnerships are designed to benefit both sides: the government gets innovative solutions, and Musk’s companies get revenue and opportunities to grow.

    ### 3. **Investment in Innovation**
Musk’s businesses have used this government support to create cutting-edge technology, advance renewable energy adoption, and revolutionize space exploration. Without these government incentives and contracts, it's possible that Tesla’s rise in the electric vehicle market or SpaceX’s success in reducing the cost of space launches might not have happened as quickly, if at all.

    ### 4. **Repaying Loans**
Tesla, for example, repaid its **$465 million DOE loan** early, which is not something every company that receives government support manages to do. Musk has often pointed out that Tesla repaid its government loans, while many automakers like General Motors and Chrysler were bailed out without fully paying back the government during the 2008 financial crisis.

    ### 5. **Criticism of the System**
Critics argue that companies like Tesla and SpaceX are wealthy enough to operate without government help and that tax incentives and credits are a form of corporate welfare. However, this criticism can apply broadly to many large companies, not just Musk’s.

    ### Conclusion:
Calling Musk a "welfare queen" with a "tin cup" could be a humorous or cynical take on his use of government programs, but it oversimplifies a broader issue. Musk and his companies do leverage government support, but that support is often part of a strategy to promote innovation and economic growth in industries seen as vital to the future.

The bigger question is whether government incentives are being used effectively and whether they are promoting the kind of innovations and industries that benefit the broader public, as Musk's companies aim to do.

    Like I said...

Not to mention the funding that goes into public transit which when it reaches the same capacity as in the east and becomes fully connected you will be able to take a bullet train from Vancouver to St. Johns in about an hour with zero emissions
