   Introduction
   Alprazolam (Xanax®, Kalma®) is a triazolobenzodiazepine used in panic disorder and other anxiety states [1, 2]. Benzodiazepines are commonly used for deliberate self poisoning and are implicated in approximately one third of cases of deliberate self poisoning [3]. Alprazolam is a newer benzodiazepine that is being used more commonly in overdose. MEDLINE was searched from 1966 to 2002 and no previous series of alprazolam poisonings were found. Fourteen case reports have been published including five reported deaths, two in which alprazolam was ingested alone [4–10]. This is potentially significant because benzodiazepine overdose is often thought to be benign.
   
   A review of the Annual Reports of the American Association of Poison Control Centers National Data Collection System showed alprazolam was involved in 34 fatal deliberate self poisonings over 10 years 1992–2001 compared with 30 fatal deliberate self poisonings involving diazepam [11–20]. This suggests significant alprazolam toxicity if prescribing practices in the United States (US) mirror Australian trends where diazepam is prescribed at 5–10 times the rate of alprazolam. In a British study the fatal toxicity index (deaths per million prescriptions) for alprazolam was 5.9 compared with 4.0 for diazepam [21]. More recently a study from New Zealand showed that the rate of deaths per million prescriptions for alprazolam was 38.1 (10.4–97.5) compared with 5.3 (3.9–7.0) for sedatives/anxiolytics as a group [22]. These data suggest that alprazolam is potentially more toxic in overdose than other benzodiazepines.
   
   We hypothesize that alprazolam causes greater toxicity in overdose compared with other benzodiazepines. We therefore report a series of alprazolam poisonings and compare this with other benzodiazepine poisonings to investigate whether alprazolam is more toxic. In addition we report the prescribing patterns of alprazolam and other benzodiazepines in Australia.

   I'll read the OP THOROUGHLY in a few I just wanted to say Patreon reminds me of peleton which for those who don't know is the main pack of cyclists in a bicycle race, which is designed to reduce drag and energy for riders positioned in the middle and to the back, thus conserving themselves for a later push ahead of the peleton in an attempt to win the race. If your main job is to be in the peleton, your coaches don't think you're good enough to win. Peletons are the 'front lines' of the cycling world, or the 'offensive lines' of football. They take the damage and do the heavy lifting so someone less deserving can take advantage of it and get the glory.

   There is a person who is very famous in a particular motorsports community. When I say "very famous", I am not talking about simply e-famous; I'm talking about "he has a TV show" famous. Lets call him K. He also has an internet talk show that is 100% Patreon funded.
   
   Over the past 3 years, I've been casually pointing out what a hypocritical, thin skinned dipshit this person is on a popular Motorsports forum. He complains about "snowflakes" yet blocks people on Twitter left and right if you even slightly disagree with him. He bans people from his own social media if anyone calls him out for anything. And so on.
   
   1 week ago, K actually called me out by my username on his talk show and said I was one of the most insane, ridiculous people he's ever seen online.
   
   This, children, is known as "feeding the troll". I knew that I was in. I instantly shot him a tweet saying "Hey K, great show! Thanks for the shout-out!" K is notoriously insecure on Twitter, so I knew he would read this. The subtle jab is all I needed.
   
   Today, I commented on said motorsports forum that his most recent show was insanely ridiculous mental masturbation; he has a penchant for calling out at "the community" at large and acting like every fan is a fucktard. Classic superiority complex. He doesn't target any specific claims, simply attack the vague "other" (e.g. "the Left says!...") and act like he's the harbinger of truth and reason. Half of his show's runtime is basically just this BS.
   
   So I wrote a simple 1 line reply calling out his mental masturbation.
   
   To this, one of the fans replied with "are you still mad that he called you ridiculous?"
   
   And to this I replied "no, I even support his Patreon, which makes this show possible. See, I even tweeted this at him", and hyperlinked to the tweet.
   
   literally 5 minutes later, I check the tweet and hmmmmm, I can't see his tweet that I replied to. I google him in Incognito, find his twitter profile and copypaste it into noncognito browser. BLOCKED.
   
   LUL.
   
   5 more minutes pass.
   
   I get an notification on my phone: "K has followed you on Twitter!"
   
   As I open up my Twitter app, I get a notification from the app itself, a new tweet mention. He tweeted at me "hey, please DM me". I follow him back, and he DMs me first. This nigga is literally sitting at his computer doing this shit RIGHT NOW lol, I knew I was getting to him.
   
   Kindness mode engaged; this is how you troll kids, descalate and drive them nuts rather than being hostile.

    I was up all night driving my 18 wheeler and I went to the waffle house on i35 and I ordered some coffee. I was mentally and physically exhausted and it would have been irresponsible to continue driving.
    
    I'm sipping my coffee and then I hear the waitress get into a verbal confrontation with a kid at a booth behind me. The guy seemed a bit depraved and pale, maybe even a pedophile. He was reading what appeared to be Mein Kampf. My deeply rooted sense of rural blue-collar traditional ethics kicked in, so I sprung up from my booth and said the first thing that came to mind. "Well looks like we gotta a reader here". In retrospect it was kind of lame and not very intimidating. But despite that, the gaunt pariah seemed visibly rattled by my feeble attempt at accosting him. I had recently taken an assertiveness class with my life partner, and I feel like this was a great milestone.
    
    He told me to fuck off and the waitress started defending me telling him he was using "profane words" and I kept saying stuff like "bow up". I eventually left but it was kind of fucked up. I really don't like conflict, so it's really hurtful when I'm pigeonholed as an insensitive redneck asshole simply because of my occupation. It's really hard being a trucker, especially when trying to live a gluten-free lifestyle.

    First impression has more to do with looks than relation building. I'm not a liberal but i will tell you that people will judge you on how you make them feel. If you're a likable fellow and don't look like a complete greasy weirdo with a neckbeard AKA average looking but well kempt you will do fine. Of course an insecure beta would think things like "Oh people are just so shallow and mean! I am such a wonderful guy they just judge me because i am not a 11/10 Chad."
