The way you describe it certainly sounds like psoriasis (red patches, in eyebrows, crotch, etc)
If it is psoriasis, you need to go see a rheumatologist because you're dealing with an auto-immune disease that might need treatment beyond something topical.
That said, you can still use plenty of ointments that are over the counter that will certainly help. Look for OTC psoriasis ointments that include coal tar. Apply it twice a day. It's greasy. It smells, but it works. Also look for ointments that have salicytic acid. Many face acne products have salicytic acid as it's main ingredient. Combine the two and you should see an improvement within about 2 weeks of daily applications, twice a day.
Even if it isn't psoriasis, you will certainly benefit from it.
If it's just really bad dry skin, let us take a page out of our black friend's book. Cocoa butter and mineral oil. Slather that shit all over your body. Let it absorb. You could also experiment with shea butter. Basically get a massive handful and rub it into your skin until it's no longer visible and then get another massive handful and rub it over TOP of your skin and lay down and take a nap. Let that shit absorb my nigga.
If you combine the two (psoriasis treatment and the lotions) you should definitely see a huge improvement in two weeks, but if it's actually psoriasis you really should see a doctor, my nigga.

My grandfather was drafted into WWII. Navy. He was one of many unfortunate souls who was sent in as a "cleanup crew" after we dropped the bomb on Hiroshima. He used to tell me stories about how the Japanese kids were like "starving dogs in the street" and he packed extra peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in his boots to toss to them and they'd fight each other over it.

Similar to your's, I'm going to plant some blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry bushes here in a minute after I chug this coffee and then, assuming it's not raining, I wanted to go out into the lake with my kayak for a bit and after that, gonna grill and smoke a bunch of dead animals and have an outdoor dinner with my wife and some of her family and top it off tonight with a relaxing dip in the hot tub which I have made into a COOL TUB instead because it's fucking hot and humid and I'm not trying to BOIL MY FLESH OFF, and then gonna play video games as well, smoke weed, fuck, sleep.

You also could've just bought one of these to load full of charcoal/wood chips/wood pellets and insert this in the middle of your propane grill (between the burners) to give your food that charcoal grill/wood smoke taste without buying a second grill.

You had your setup all wrong anyway. You should've set up the grill for indirect heat (light one burner, leave the other burner off) and place those brats and dogs on the upper grilling rack furthest from the lit burner.
Also score your brats/dogs with a knife or poke it with a fork to prevent bursting when they swell during cooking.
I saw you got a new (to you) charcoal grill. You'll wanna cook the same way. Pile coals on one side of the grill to leave an area for indirect cooking.
Brats/dogs can be finished completely on the indirect side.
Burgers, steaks, chicken should be cooked to temp on indirect side and then final flame grill them directly over heat source for a few minutes while watching and rotating sides to give a good char.
Increase yo grillin' skillz my nigga.
