   The difference between the severely mentally challenged (special needs types) and the general mentally inferior is that the former can't help it, while the latter has more opportunity to 'smarten up' but willingly chooses to stay on their own path of ignorance and essentially, stupidity (poor grammar, spelling, slow-reading, low-comprehensive abilities, poor judgement, inability to engage in conversation/ form well-thought out views/opinions, etc., etc.).

    Its an insane invasion of privacy. I would not be surprised if the government had the entirety of the internet stored in NSA data centers but there is no way they would open it to the public.

    
    
    Well, yea, but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen in the future or even now. The Chinese (until very recently) haven't given a fuck about rc's produced there and shipped to america, russia doesn't care that they have a bunch of people committing credit card fraud with american victims. Plus there's the whole darknet...it could happen I think.

    step 4 they die and leave you in the will

    this one is good because its pretty easy, seems like it would come easy to you, and you just get to take etizolam and chill and smoke weed and old people probably have some pretty dope stories.
    
    but seriously i know this one dude who would bring his elderly widow neighor dinner sometimes and rake her leaves and shit, and when the lady knew she was on her way out she arranged to sell her house to the dude for like $9000 which was probably 1/10 of what it was worth.
