   I was using on and off for 4 or 5 years, like I'd binge for a couple weeks, fuck things up, wait for things to cool down and then do it again. They started making me really suicidal and depressed. I'm not sure if I was ever truly "addicted" to them, but I used to get bags of 100 and eat them in a day or 2.
   
   My record was something like 300 flubromazolam in 5 days. Good times.

   I think right now is the best time to start stocking up on grey market substances. So many laws are in flux and the entire system is in mid shift. For example, are syncans legal in states that have legal weed?. Nobody really knows.

   I feel good. Got a shitty cold but just had a shower and a shave and about to buy some meds to make me feel better. Woke up to an email saying I have a job interview and I have a magic £3 back in my account. Haven't drank alcohol since NYE.

    Carbon intake vent, Carbon outtake vent, semi-connected to another outtake vent. Kinda hard to explain but common practice. It's a closed system that runs permanently attached to a clima controller to measure co2 levels. You build a wooden box over a window and seal it. Get fresh air intake that runs through the room and gets picked up by the "outtake"vent. The third vent is only part of the system but separated from the circle and is pure outtake through another window.
