Well I think that's kind of the main thing, things that I think everyone else knows might be insignificant in someone else's subculture, and musicians and movies they might have seen since they were born might be of little consequence to me. I have to constantly remind myself of that. It's like when my ex f saw a picture of Elvis outside an old movie theatre here in LA and asked "whos that?" I mean correlation =/= causation, but of the 5 people that I know who experienced this, two were pretty severely mentally ill and three were abusing crystal meth BIG TIME. My girlfriend said she was being followed, and would come to me with huge stacks of disposable camera photos of random people on the street. She said they taunted her with symbols, and the most common one was that all the cars following her had the Virgen de Guadalupe hanging from the rear view mirror. She was SO fucking convinced of this that she began gluing/pasting pictures of her face all over her windows and back windshield, so she could "intimidate" them back.
IIt's natural to think we have a higher purpose. In some people it manifests as religious experience. In some people I think it probably manifests as this. -

Yeah the tar in LA (the legit tar) is about as good as the good powder anywhere in the world. The China white i was buying towards the end was pretty good too, but it was mostly fentanyl. But yeah...dope fucked me up good. Wish one of the Bltc tards would be warned my stupid ads off. -

I don't understand how some cultures/people enjoy cartilage and gristle in their dishes. The minute I get to something like that, it pretty much ruins the meal. But I've seen a ton of dishes that are pretty much like 75% cartilage, tossed in sauce and served. Maybe that texture doesn't trigger gag reflex for everyone? Maybe some cultures are conditioned to savor crunchy fat and ligament?
