Prices have been going up here, multiple EU countries actually. It's normally a couple cents a year, so little that you don't notice it, but it's 25 to 50 cents in some cases, that's almost an order of magnitude. Unfortunately if it hasn't hit ireland yet, it soon will. Because every currency is pegged to the dollar, when Uncle Sam falls on the "print" button in a drunken stupor, everyone will be poorer in the long run. Unless you manage to hedge against it. Which is possible, and becoming more accessible each day, but there are a lot of people who don't do it. And when this house of cards comes down they will be the ones holding the bag. -

For one presumption of innocence. Secondly equality under the law. If you get accused of a crime you'd want to be tried fairly if you make an exception because of the gravity of the accusation you're going to have mob rule by the end of it. If by all accounts he is found to be guilty then by all accounts he should get punished to the fullest extent of the law. And i am sure he will. -

Ok what should I do
Next time you get a headache make sure you have some diazepam at hand to see if it helps at all with the onset, duration and intensity of the pain. Stress can cause your muscles to tighten and if the wrong muscles are under tension for too long you can get a major headache. If this is the cause the diazepam should help alleviate all if not most of it once it starts working. If you're going to use acetaminophen, popping a tylenol is going to be useless. You need to be on a regiment, 6000mg a day spread over three doses a day for multiple days. 6000mg is a safe amount to take everyday so you always have the concentration of the medication in your system that may actually help if and when a headache starts to creep up.
IDK what you do for a living but if you sit at a desk for most of the day, posture is important, exercise as well.
You don't have migraines, if you did the sumatriptan and other triptans and even caffeine would have helped, so if you go see a doctor tell them in case they want to prescribe it to you that Triptans don't work for whatever it is that is causing the headaches.
I would need more information to give you precision advice, but keeping a diazepam handy to confirm or rule out stress and/or something to do with your neck muscles and starting a regiment of acetaminophen may help with acute symptoms. -

The Triptans are Migraine medication. They only work for Migraines because Migraine is an actual medical condition not just big oof of the head. Naproxen is an NSAID, the same class of medication as ibuprofen and acetaminophen. They are mild pain suppressors. And in the case of acetaminophen it's the weakest of the bunch. In order for it to be effective you need to have elevated serum levels of it for a sustained time period. Taking 2 500mg tablets in the morning 2 in the afternoon and 2 after dinner for two weeks should raise your serum levels to the appropriate values.
The good news is you don't have migraine. The bad news is we don't know why you get severe headaches. It could be stress related.
