I was basically saying generally people don't leave forever, i mean some do, but it's been a meme to say "See you tomorrow" when someone tells the community they are leaving.
With regards to black holes, once you pass the Event Horizon of the black hole the object's escape velocity becomes greater than the speed of light. Escape velocity is just how fast you need to go to escape an object's gravity. And nothing can break the cosmic speed limit, which is the speed of light. So pass horizon and you will be there until you turn into one atom wide spaghetti strands. -
