Something she hasn't earned yet, and for which she will be judged. So the Christian thing to do is to prevent her from taking that action that might incur more sin, and while doing so keeping the sanctity of the sacrament intact as well. Do you know why you're not allowed to partake in The Eucharist when you haven't been baptized as a Catholic? Same reason besides if you never got baptized you still have original sin.
Yes those are quite a few rules and regulations and stipulations about doing the will of God, but such is how it works in Catholicism, so looking at the issue from a Catholic perspective you start to get a clearer image of the intent behind the action, and Arch-Bishop or not, he too will one day be judged. -

If you're talking about the youtuber, he has 25 years experience in EE, and you can do some tricks to make things look energized, when they are not, and actually properly insulating the ground. If i recall correctly that is. In any case these people know exactly what they are doing. Don't fuck with High Voltage if you don't know what you are doing, and at the very least have a dead man switch made, and a number of highly visible indicators that tell you if the power is on or not. -
