Last i heard on a random social media site was that a second big front might be opened and that Russia is to commit more forces. Also, i've been hearing about incendiary ordnance. Probably BS, because you use those to burn down cities, or i guess supply depots. IIRC incendiary ordnance is banned under the Geneva conventions. I know for a fact White Phosphorous is banned. Not that you could enforce that. Looking at you America.
It's pretty funny when you make Napalm and afterwards say: Well, that's a bit of a cruel weapon. Then use White Phosphorous instead. -

Nethunter also has an app that allows me to mount ISO and IMG files so i can use my phone as bootable USB device. SD card with a lot of room to spare allows me to carry a library of distros wherever i go. To stay in contact with people i use burners, generally those that can hold and use two SIM cards.

Just use a mixer AKA tumbler. Which is a service that puts a bunch of whatever coins together and then pays it back to you according to your specifications for a fee of course. And Monero can't be traced to the best of my knowledge. -

You could target any group that's politically more active than average with mass mailing campaigns. If you copy a site related to an organization that does fundraising for one side or the other and set up ways to donate, preferably through crypto. Riot Kitchen is an organization that fundraiser for rioting supplies for left wing causes they have need for anonymity so asking for crypto is not suspicious to your intended targets. -
