As I've grown, I've found they offer none of the heel support that I need. Now I make sure to use my own fitted orthopedic inserts no matter the shoe, so as long as the size is correct, I can afford to go for style over comfort features.
Generally, I'll wear a pair of vegan oxfords. A lot of the ones available use low-quality leather alternatives, so I end up buying new shoes once a year and I don't splurge.
My favorite pair, though, is a vegan boot made from a more durable nonleather material with a clackety wood heel that I got from a specialized shoe retailer:

These have lasted me years, and when I keep up with basic maintenance there's no sign of wear whatsoever. Plus, I love the noise my heels make when I walk on tile. -

She despises children, but her husband does not. If she ever changes her mind, I think he'd want to have kids. That could be in two years, or it could be in ten. I will probably want to be part of their lives, or at least the ones who don't turn out like her.
If I may ask, what was your experience with a cluster B parent like? I'd assume it's very different from a narc sister, but that we also probably suffered in some similar ways. -

Just get a sonic toothbrush so that you can clean your teeth effectively. Its gets a lot more shit from your teeth than regular bitch brushes. It can remove stains from smoking and shit.
Supposedly it gives you real-time feedback on how to brush better and documents your progress over time. Data-logging is valuable to me, but probably not as much as this costs. What do you mean by "sonic" toothbrush? -

I used to floss and brush twice daily, but I dated a girl for a while who didn't and my good habits suffered. I've considered getting one of those fancy electric toothbrushes with bluetooth connectivity for feedback and instruction, but I can't justify spending >$150 on it right now.

While I haven't gotten to the planning stage since I was a teenager, I still think about suicide often. At any given time, it would probably be preferable to be dead. I'm very stubborn, though, so I think I can make my life tolerabl for myself and the people around me before I go ending it. -
