You could try making a Facebook group for it, add about ten friends to it asking for help. Make several fb groups doing the same thing, if you have friends. It puts pressure on them.
I’m guessing some of you are middle aged and would like to know why you’ve made it so far?

Also a chair with the hind legs shorter than the front legs is better for your posture. There’s a reason why people lean back in their chair.

Okay so sitting at the edge of your chair, one foot flat on the ground, your other foot under the chair on the ball of your foot, don’t set it flat. You can do it with both feet eventually.
Stand up straight and stretch your arms up above your head like people do yawning.
Don’t sleep on your side or use too many pillows.
Stand up straight then lean backwards as far as you can without falling over to strengthen your spine.
I don’t know what they put in it, sometimes I’ve had panic attacks so probably speed, one thin line and I was shaking. Other times it’s knocked me out, made me sleep 17 hours a day. I can’t mix it with alcohol or my throat swells. I’ve had it pure that’s why I keep taking it.
I had a sad dream. This girl was looking for love, kept getting into marriages too fast with the wrong girls. Her dealer didn’t like how calm she was, dared her to walk out, so she did, then he came after her and shot her, he looked so crazy. She still ended up at the party as a ghost. I think they were all ghosts there. Her name was Esther Rowe.
I don’t understand why you’re arguing with teenagers and calling them weird, usually they try to sound adult and say what they think you want them to hear.
Teenagers have sex I think it’s more about older people manipulating them because they are naive, maybe even by offering them money which a lot of teenagers don’t have, or pressuring them to do things they don’t want, blackmailing them, Amanda Todd, those 15yr old girls who were brainwashed into going to Syria to be ISIS brides. I remember when I was 14, some Indian man talking to me on the phone about marriage and some other man trying to get me to go to Nigeria, it’s sinister.
