I know low estrogen causes hair loss and dry skin, the bar in my arm is causing that. I know estrogen changes my mood because I’ve taken it before. -

Summer 2021 I’d bike to the beach and go swimming in the sea most days. I didn’t go to the beach once last summer and don’t think I’ve been on my bike in a year.
