I know she can't help me, that I can't really open up and there's a risk she'll think I'm psycho when I talk about crazy things as if they were normal. I still want to give it a try though and I'm also trying to build a case against my mum in case I do ever have to take action.

I have a few suspicions, that when people see ghosts or the future, they're not being psychic, they're just seeing a glitch in time. I want to know why less people travel on trains which are destined to crash.
I knew my dad was dead two minutes before I got the text. It could have just been time though, maybe I heard the text before my brain registered that I heard it. If it wasn't time related then I suspect quantum entanglement. I went to sleep after and believe he visited me because I dreamt he was calling my name, he was standing outside my mourning room in a hospital gown and wanted to give me a hug. I never have mundane dreams like that.

I don't want to get skinny but I'm scared I'll throw it up. If this goes on for a week I will probably need more dermal fillers in my face. I noticed my jeans didn't fit the same today.
