I threw up twice on the way to Belfast and it was just stomach acid, lots of it. So I got some milk of magnesium and made I through my appointments without throwing up. I kept a bottle of water down. Now I'm home and feel nauseous again but don't want to drink that gross stuff. I'm starting to think it isn't information overload, it doesn't usually last days.
Just threw up again after eating ginger nuts and they normally stop me from throwing up. How am I going to get through three beauty appointments today?
I've been throwing up everything I drink bcus information overload now I have a headache from dehydration. Rn I'm eating gingernut biscuits to stop the nausea. I have to go to Belfast in a few hours.
