Why be mean? Because you've done something so absolutely terrible, and actually done it twice now, for no fucking reason. But the main reason is because you're so dense and self absorbed that you don't even realize what a shitty person you are for it. Everyone makes mistakes, even doing something so heinous could be at least understandable if not forgivable, but you should at least acknowledge what you've done. I don't know why you seem entirely devoid of any sense of guilt but it infuriates me. geez man... I don't see how I'm being "rewarded" and If this is my kid I'll try to make it right. I care about this girl I've been seeing and at least she didn't decieve me like my daughters mom did.. everyone fails to acknowledge that.
And yeah I've gotten a lil chubby , but I'm turning that around, I'm definitely active working to fix it.

Bottom line, it was a shitty situation with my daughter and her mother and I. She lied to me about being on birth control. It can easily happen to any guys. Plus women in texas basically have all the rights.
Here lanny is telling me to get that fetus killed. But I have no say. I definitely didn't have a say in it with my daughter. But In a way I'm glad she's alive even though I'm not in her life(when i got the dna test saying it was my kid i started paying child support immediately even though i was only able to see her sporadically, because I didnt know where she lived all the time, her mom wanted money yet didn't want me to see the kid... I did hold her birthday for her at chuckee cheese tho in october). She is happy and well taken care of, and cute as hell.
I could of been one of those guys that had zero interest in the kid, but I was there when she was born and went to the doctors appointments. she even lied to the doctors about using certain forms of birth control.
A woman can kill there kid "because it was the best thing to do" giving up all accountability.. but when A guy is put thru the ringer with the court system and legally gets rid of financial responsibilities and both parties agree on it, then I'm the piece shit...
goddamn, you know lanny's is ultimately in my mind a good guy despite the way he can be sometimes, but damn he's such a huge liberal.

Her mom grew up practicing jedidism, but she's not an ethnic jedi and is actually christian. but no I met her online. We actually grew up in the same neighborhood and went to the same school. And was using spermicide or pulling out, I realized I was using the spermicide wrong and when I realized that after using it wiht her one time I told her the next day to get plan b, and she said she did. I was paranoid but she said to not be. But not she's pregnant, I made her take a test at my place. But who knows maybe its not mine so I will play it cool and just wait and see I guess.
She asked if she could come live with me and she would give me money to help with rent. I told her no and she got really pissed off so I haven' spoke to her the last few days, she's just been texting and calling constantly. It's kinda weirding me out.
I will just have to play this by ear. I'm not even going to tell my parents because they will be really upset as if they aren't already still mad about me having a kid the first time around. Plus I don't want to jump the gun and say something if it turns out to not be my kid.
But you know I guess if it turns out she's not lying to me, at least I like hanging out with her a lot, compared to my daughters mom. Who I was just using for sex and drugs.
And at least shes pretty/smexy

yeah i know they do the same thing here in texas and its retarded. They also have "no refuse" weekends. which means if you refuse to take a test they will take you to the jail and test you.. which they will do no matter what if you refuse regardless of the weekend.
You could potentially incrimianate yourself by allowing a breathalizyer/ field sobriety test / search of your vehicle, and being buzzed isnt "drunk" driving. It's "buzzed driving" You have a legal right to be buzzed as long as our buzz isn't buzzing above the legal limit.
By the time they haul you off to jail and take your blood, most drinkers have a chance of being below the legal limit.
Cops are typically dumb as fuck or they don't care and will let things slide if you let them.
I've had multiple hit and runs here in austin, even one where spun my car out in a ditch and had to physically run, while my ID and social security card were left in the car (and my phone snapped from the impact)

several years ago I ran into the back of a lady while drunk while trying to go buy some bud. I was able to drive the car enough off the road. and get it towed to my mechanic and just left the scene (when my bud came to pick me up, we checked to see the lady i hit and she was fine)
later that night I ent up choking my gf and the pigs came and arrested me. When i was in a cell they came and moved me up to maximum security and when I asked why, they said "intoxication assault with a vehicle" and they hadn't even magistrated me on that charge, so I told my attorney what happened and he told them, "how can you charge mr. mcgregor with intoxication assault, when he was never apprehended and tested for intoxication?" and to boot, the lady , yeah sure she had my liscence plate, but she definitely didn't identify me.. hell my neighbor chicken, jessica could of borrowed my car.
