yeah i know they do the same thing here in texas and its retarded. They also have "no refuse" weekends. which means if you refuse to take a test they will take you to the jail and test you.. which they will do no matter what if you refuse regardless of the weekend.
You could potentially incrimianate yourself by allowing a breathalizyer/ field sobriety test / search of your vehicle, and being buzzed isnt "drunk" driving. It's "buzzed driving" You have a legal right to be buzzed as long as our buzz isn't buzzing above the legal limit.
By the time they haul you off to jail and take your blood, most drinkers have a chance of being below the legal limit.
Cops are typically dumb as fuck or they don't care and will let things slide if you let them.
I've had multiple hit and runs here in austin, even one where spun my car out in a ditch and had to physically run, while my ID and social security card were left in the car (and my phone snapped from the impact)
the pigs will totaly try to get a leg up on you if they can.
several years ago I ran into the back of a lady while drunk while trying to go buy some bud. I was able to drive the car enough off the road. and get it towed to my mechanic and just left the scene (when my bud came to pick me up, we checked to see the lady i hit and she was fine)
later that night I ent up choking my gf and the pigs came and arrested me. When i was in a cell they came and moved me up to maximum security and when I asked why, they said "intoxication assault with a vehicle" and they hadn't even magistrated me on that charge, so I told my attorney what happened and he told them, "how can you charge mr. mcgregor with intoxication assault, when he was never apprehended and tested for intoxication?" and to boot, the lady , yeah sure she had my liscence plate, but she definitely didn't identify me.. hell my neighbor chicken, jessica could of borrowed my car.

But I think so many people gang up and have a hive mind. Here in Austin I see all these young asian/indian/ even white kids about 20/21 who are fucking up my city and my neighborhood with "fuck trump" and then theres older people taking a delight in it and taking pictures of it and posting it online.
I guess I have a 3rd view, view on all of this because I've never been able to legally vote because of my crimintal history, since I was 19. A decade ago. Yet people with no real life experience (not saying I'm mister perfect) are able to vandalize my home town. Complete pussies, if hillary won, a lot of people wouldnt have liked it, but This bs with the kids wouldnt be happening around america. A lot of things even worse happen all around the world and they have alot more reason to act on it.
I'm not a republican or democrat, and being banned from playing into this game I think is actually a good thing.
A lot of things have gone wrong in my city because of corporate whores (corpartions are somewhat necessary) who bomb all funds into the ground then we're left for nothing, and I'm talknig about music festival and walmart. You try to buy a beer after you already waited in line for 5 hours and then they let everyone in for free, then you have to pay 6 dollars for a bottle neck?
And even then after fucking everyone over you still don't have the money to have the festival again after 6 years in a row. You can't even check out a few groceries at walmat after swiping your credit card and then ask for a bag and then they say "oh well thats ten cents" Fuck you , swipe swipe swipe all day every day.
Things need to change and there needs to be more farmer markets and independent music venues, that aren't own by jedis (I'm not being crazy they actually are owned by jedis here in austin)
its bullshit man , these liberals say "oohh you shouldn't spread rumors.. then go on a vendetta about how austin is full of racist, just like they trash alex jones, who is actually a cool guy.
some people aren't so quick and don't take the uptake.

well yeah you have a point, he really hasn't gone into to much detail about what he'd like to do.
When I was younger I fucked up big time while i was working at a hospital as a nursing aid, and fucked up my change in the army where I was put into the medical feild by mepps based upon my testing and what I wanted to do. I would be doing a whole hell of a lot better today had things played out differently.
I'm personally thinking about going to school myself, If I can get some kind of funding a business degree would be something Id go towards or maybe some kind of trade.
But even getting a business degree, provides him a lot of leeway as far as wanting to start something up himself (sure people can do it themselves with out school but it helps) but it looks good for plenty of jobs and it even coincides with marketing, wich he could snag that along the way.
I defintely don't think he's wanting to be a social worker, medical worker, may or may not want to be an accountant.
But yeah, I know people who went to one of the best universities in the state UT in austin, and they can't find jobs even with being in the top ten percent of their class. like my older buddy had great marks in chemistry and biology, but he can't do much with that unless he is going to be a doctor. He's been a pharmacicst and a data compiler for drug companys, which are all great jobs but you definitely don't have to pay that much to become that.
But yeah, a lil more info on what he'd like to do could help. Hell he might do a lot better getting an associates degree than going to a big university.
