   I would hope this is the fact if we are just talking about mundane unpleasantries. I also think that depending on the severity of the acts of which made said-person “bad”, it may haunt them for the rest of their lives. The only true exception to this would be legitimate sociopaths with no ability to feel any sense of empathy and/or remorse.
