honestly, I will usually get chicken breast canned and I'll eat it like that to get my protein, with a few slices of sprouted grains bread thin bit of olive oil butter. idk besides that, I drink lotsa black coffee all day lol
Canned chicken is awful. It's not much better than tuna but I can do things with tuna where it's good if I'm being lazy and don't feel like going anywhere. I stocked up on it after 2020. But it's probably got a shitload of radpoints from Fukushima.
I do like using an air fryer. It's just as convenient as a microwave but more for healthy stuff. Like nonbreaded chicken. Or your frozen goyslop...frala

I like eating pretty much whatever as long as I keep the calories down and the protein up so I don't get unhealthy. fried anything is typically a win

I have caught almost every fish in wisconsin between 24 and 28 years old (2017-2022) except no sturgeon and I didn't get the muskie to come on land (no net) it borke the line on the bank.
Anyway, now that I"m in flroida I don't have a good set up so I haven't caught a whole lot but I try fishing int eh canals mostly.
I have caught a couple red snappers, 1 bluefin, 2 baracudas, a bunch of puffer fish and that's it so far!
But I don't go out ont eh boat or have a car. So you pretty much need to have a boat to troll (or charter a boat for a lot of money) or u gotta have live fish. I haven't got into cast netting yet which is how everyone gets live bait if they don't have a car.
I gotta lot of work to do and my alcoholism retarded my ambition.
when I get off house arrest I"m gonna get into eating iguanas for my next adventure.
What about a kayak? I don't know if you could use a net from one. I haven't used a net either but in a kayak I at least don't worry about getting hung up as much as from a bank. -
