I mean, I guess. But I don't see how any system at all functions without any government of any sort, even if in principle everybody equally shares in the memes of production. I'm just having a hard time picturing what such a system would look like. Could you talk more about it?
Marx doesn't give us super specific details on how he imagines it working but absence of a state is certainly central. It's not uncommon to see people propose systems wherein something like money continues to exist but the means of production aren't for sale. So like a doctor can practice his trade and receive a token of the full value of his labor and maybe that's more value than a janitor or not, depends on who you ask, and he can go spend that on things, generally luxuries, but he can't invest it or buy a factory. In this way self-interest continues to motivate people towards economically productive activity but alienation of labor is systematically impossible. It's kinda hard to pull that reading directly from Marx but it's one take. There's a lot of hand waving about how you generate value tokens and enforce the way they're used, a common tactic is to shout Hegel and run in the opposite direction, but this isn't really any different than talking about invisible hand wankery so it's hard to get too mad.
For the record I like a lot of Marx's critique but don't see communism as either inevitable (as Marx did, a common misunderstand is that he presented communism as some kind of moral imperative, in his mind it was a historical inevitability) or likely to remain stable.

you're so desperate for drama spectral, it's kinda sad to watch. I almost want to appoint sploo as a mod or something to give you something real to complain about.

just because your mind is too broken to graduate from runescape, like the rest of us did in the 4th grade, doesn't mean there aren't better games in the world.

I skipped the last 200 pages, but pretty sure it was just an expression of revulsion at the goyim. Steinbeck is the jedi who said that Redneck Americans regarded themselves as just "Temporarily Embarrassed Millionaires" for not being Commies like him.
You comfortably-exploited suburban goyim forget that with people like us everything is political.
Oh great, here come the hobbit-sexuals. You going to rave about Wheel of Time and Harry Potter and Circle of Thrones next?
Jesus christ dude, your entire world is colored by some incredibly narrow, tribalistic enhancement where everything ever done was for the sake of quasi-conspiratorial hidden political agenda. Your life must really suck.

So you've been to what? One tourist beach in California and decided they're all bad?
Makes sense. This one time when I was in DC and there were a bunch of mosquitos. Ergo the entire east coast is a mosquito infested hell hole where it's dangerous to go outside because you could literally be exsanguinated in 10 minutes or less and all the people are probably vampires. Man, the east coast sure sucks balls.

No, it's not. You can tell because I never said it or anything like it or suggesting it. You may find this technique useful for figuring what is and isn't my argument in the future.
