If you are great with tools and like working with your hands then owning is no problem. But I knew a guy named Mac. Max is dead now but he worked his entire life in the garment district of NYC. He didn't know a hammer from a hamster. So max leased his entire life. He never had to fix anything when it broke or pay for parts and labor. It worked out great for him.

You're making excuses for the lack of assets you have in your life and how little value you have both as an individual, and on paper. You're pathetic, dumb, old and broke, please stop talking to me.

The smart ones do. My son is a MOON PERSON who owns a brand new car which is paid for, has a job, and is buying a house next year.
  3. Owning things is gay. You can take a vow of poverty and claim as such on your taxes to get a tax deduction in Canada and other first world countries because of protected religious freedoms

Claim Trianglist monasticism and if you want to own property put it in your girlfriend or mother's name

pay less tax and have more disposable income and freedom in life just by being a Monk

Ignoring you called it Japanese earlier-

It's a transliteration system you retard. It's literally just radicals, which are over 2,000 years old. Are radicals a 'romanization?' You know what the name zhuyin is based on, right?
