If you are great with tools and like working with your hands then owning is no problem. But I knew a guy named Mac. Max is dead now but he worked his entire life in the garment district of NYC. He didn't know a hammer from a hamster. So max leased his entire life. He never had to fix anything when it broke or pay for parts and labor. It worked out great for him.
