Conflict Shitpile III - Diplomacy Defunct Edition

Israel warned the US before launching the attack but not Russia. 14 killed in total, including 2 Iranian advisors (likely the target).

Russia has called a general UNSC meeting. This should be interesting.

And apparently Trump wants the spotlight again, because he's announced that he'll present plans for US strikes within 48 hours.

if you remember the other day where russia accused UK of trying to provoke it for a military response.

you only tell everybody that someone is trying to provoke you into a fistfight when you dont want to get into a fistfight.

people who wanted a fistfight dont do that, they just seize the opportunity and use it as an excuse to justify getting into a fistfight.

Well, Fox News' employees are just a bunch of jedis.

But this sort of wokeness to the JQ was unthinkable back when the Iraq war was being pushed.

This is a very serious accusation that is not made lightly. Things are very likely about to really kick off.

    lol

if he wanted to do that, he sure as fuck wouldn't use chlorine gas - it's one of the first chemical weapons discovered, and was not used for long because it had a very low lethality rate. The only thing it's good for is flushing the enemy out of trenches, and trench war hasn't been a thing for the last 50 years.

The only reason it keeps showing up in Syria, which the bulk of the corporate media haven't reported, is because 'rebels' took control of the country's largest chlorine plant early in the war - I believe it was recaptured late last year, but the stocks had already been distributed around the country.

That's just the thing, Russia has wanted to avoid the fistfight from the beginning, but now it seems that not just the leadership, but also everyday people have come to the conclusion that there will be a fistfight whether they want it or not.

A quote I like is "Russia does not want war because she is afraid of it, US wants war because she is not afraid" - Russia's suffered firsthand from wars as recently as the current generation, and they're still in the process of recovering from the last one. The US hasn't fought a domestic war since their Civil war; not even WWII leaked much onto the US mainland... As a result, most people see war as something far away that doesn't really pose a risk to them, so they're far more accepting of it as an eventuality

I think fairly organic. I just voted on it.

But these things tend to be RTed either in blue-checkmark twitter or in yokel twitter, never in both, so it's hard to tell.

Maybe he has a tendency for the dramatic flair, more of a "You accused me of it, so I'll do it" type thing. You asked for this! etc etc. Yeah.. I'd bet a little known fact about Assad is his love of theatre.

"you fags kept accusing me even after I gave up all my chemical weapons stocks, so eat shit - I had a batch of Soman specially made"
  15. aldra JIDF Controlled Opposition
SYRIA - Russia has NBC units on site where the supposed chemical attack occurred and are unable to detect any trace of chemical warfare agents, nor have they been able to find any people affected by such agents admitted to local hospitals.

So this is a pretty scary situation then now, right? Either we (The US) back down an admit someone(conspiracy:Israel) tried baiting us into attacking Syria, or we flat out call Russia liars and attack Syria anyway, provoking Russia into who knows what..

    Fuck?

the way things look now is that there are lots of pushing,

    but not yet shoving.

which is why i think a / some military exercises between someone and latin american countries is very much called for, ideally around panama.

I just realised that if America attacks Syria, and it turns into another Iraq, the redpilling will be enormous. There is no way they can get away with covering this up like they did for several years after Iraq - saying it was a war for oil, or WMDs, or any of that shit.

It will be catastrophic for the jedis.

This needs to happen. Trump, send your zergs in. I want to see dead American soldiers as far as the eyes can see.

It's 6AM and I've been up all night researching.

UNSC is in session. This could really be it.
