Conflict Shitpile III - Diplomacy Defunct Edition

Given the timing they believe this to be the planned pretext for deeper US involvement in the conflict.

This is a very serious accusation that is not made lightly. Things are very likely about to really kick off.

SAA analysts monitoring US and allied troop movements are now concerned that an attack may be in the works for the eastern border with Iraq. It would make sense that the US (and more importantly, Israel) wants to break the 'highway to Tehran' and disrupt Iranian support for the SAA and Hezbullah.

the bummer is that the group that 'thinks' the US military is invincible is the same group suffering from delusions of grandeur and lack of grasp with reality while being entirely too susceptible to surrounding themselves with ass-kisser yes-men who tell them what they want to hear, not what is real-life.

im not worry about them becos this time round ... its different.

the reason this time round is going to be different is becos of one thing :

    AGE OF CONSENT.

yeass ... the war on terror had breached its age of consent on my land a long time ago but it will soon be able to legally say YES to sex in the USA.

imagine a naked, fully grown girl complete with already sagging breasts and ass. thats just how wrong their planned war on terror in afgan, iraq and everywhere was/is.

SYRIA - Al-Nusra affiliates have been pushed out of Ghouta, presumably to Idlib. SAA is reporting they've found over 40 tonnes of stockpiled toxic chemical agents; they haven't detailed what yet but the majority is likely chlorine.

YEMEN - Yemeni military have brought down a Saudi F-15 over Saada. How? They've apparently converted old Soviet air-to-air missiles (R27T) to a SAM role, indicating they may be receiving covert Russian assistance.

I don't really follow this post, but imagine how cool it'd be if we just invaded random countries and stole their women, then invaded a different country when they became old.
This is what life should be like.

Of course Benny would be invading every 4 or 5 years.

Donald Trump has declared the US will be withdrawing ground forces from Syria. If it's true, the only way his government will have signed off on that is if they'll be needed elsewhere... Bolton's appointment indicates likely further measures against Iran.

the latest developments, RT being shut down in Washington, sustained DDOS against many 'anti-western' blogs and news sites and Russian embassies being officially shuttered in multiple countries, indicate to me that the authorities are clamping down hard on media that doesn't vilify Russia (and China, Iran, North Korea etc. to a lesser extent) by default. Anyone in tune with modern communications understands that the only way to control information nowadays is to control the internet, and I'm afraid that we're likely to see actual infrastructural changes to allow for central control - censorship on popular sites like Youtube and Facebook (even if they are currently essentially monopolies) is worrying but can only be pushed so far until people move to alternatives.

I've been meaning to write a thread on this but haven't really been able to put everything into words - I can all but guarantee more censorship and more passive 'chilling effects' are coming fast.

china is going to remain neutral becos its in everyones best interest, especially your capital feudal lords that china remains neutral so production and consumerism remain unmollested.

north korea will remain what its always has been, a minor annoyance. iran is going to the biggest gainer in this conflict.

when the cold war starts america might have to choose to concentrate its attention on russia and deprioritize iran.

what would israel do ???? what can they do ????

and no, internet is secondary. the most important communication infrastructure is cellular networks.

There's plenty of information out there, but I guess that's the real problem - there's so much garbage, hearsay and pure propaganda that it's often hard to tell what's worth parsing. Nobody can feasibly fly out to every 'hot zone' to verify data so it becomes a question of what sources to trust... and all sides have an agenda.

I've had a friend who blocked me on facebook because I sent him videos that show people in North Korea living boring, ordinary lives and he lost his mind saying it was propaganda and that they're all slaves and should be nuked to get at Kim. I've had people that were ostensibly 'on my side' dogpiling me because I asked Vanessa Beeley (prominent independent journalist who does a lot of work in Syria) if there was any evidence of the US using white phosphorous (she made the claim that they had without providing any photos or sources or anything).

Speaking of, I talk a lot of shit about facebook and social media in general but until my account got suspended, that was my best source of information - I had several local Iraqis and Syrians who posted constant updates and were willing to answer questions along with people connected to US military and volunteer medics. I was able to get a lot of specifics that never make it into the news - for all it's other failings, facebook (and twitter, to a lesser extent) is an excellent tool for people to subvert mass media and get their own perspectives out to the rest of the world.

SYRIA - US and UK soldiers killed near Manbij while working with the 'SDF' with an explosive. This isn't particularly noteworthy except for the fact that locals seem to believe the attackers were a Turkish-backed militia, which, if true, may indicate that Turkey is beginning to back indirect attacks on 'coalition' troops to encourage them to abandon the Kurds.

I thought the French were going to send people to manbij???

The turks are making a lot of noise about manbij, I doubt the US likes being given ultimatums but abandoning kurds is like tradition now.
