Conspiratorial thinking related to businesses is a standard line of thought for leftists. To use your Comcast example, what percentage of news stories are even about Comcast? They're a tiny fraction and the overall impact is insignificant.
How do you believe these organizations work? That conservative owners send out memos demanding that everything they publish align with corporate interests and fire people who are too liberal? If this was the case you would hardly see anything out of alignment and that isn't what occurs.
The issue is also more nuanced because they have to attract viewers in order to generate revenue. How do you know that the net impact from attempting to skew policy would generate more revenue that adhering to consumer demand?
Your idea of what qualifies as leftism is skewed due to psychological conditioning from having been in strongly leftist environments your entire life and the natural common behavior of ideologically insulating yourself. If there's a room filled with white cats a cat with a black spot is going to strongly stand out, but it's still overwhelmingly white. The idea people like you tend to have of what qualifies as actual leftist is full blown Marxism. Honestly, MSNBC may be a piece of shit, but to believe it isn't liberal and caters to that segment of the population is utterly delusional. The vast majority of Americans who identify as liberals aren't like you, they aren't nearly as far to the left as you are, and you seem to have a skewed perception of just how leftist you really are.
