I have seen UPS trucks at like 11pm driving around near christmas time, on the 24th. they need time to return to base and finish up and clock out at 12am because the Union strictly forbids them to work on Christmas. so I believe 11pm is the latest
I think they do this because most Christians will be up for Midnight Mass.

the 19th order was via UPS (altho via free shipping) and arrived at almost 10pm on the 22nd -

the fedex where i live has been good since i moved here.
- best rates to mail an automotive bumper. UPS wouldnt even take it because of the size
- fedex never gives me a hassle shipping guns or ammo. UPS wont ship guns and they freak out about ammo
- fedex has its 'main' office that is only a few miles from my house. UPS is about 45 minutes away in some shit-fest ghetto-town. (a caveat being fedex's branch that ships hazmat is about an hour from me so any time i have hazmat shit sent to me, if im not there to sign for it, i have to call the hazmat dude to get the location of the driver then go chase down the delivery truck. the hazmat dude gave me his direct line...UPS would never do that) -

ive seen UPS and USPS trucks out on sundays. i dont remember ever seeing a fedex 'normal' delivery truck, altho ive seen the commercial fedex delivery trucks on sundays. -
