I lose control quickly with benzos and don't trust myself to "do it right this time", usually ends up with me trying to kill myself and ending up in a psych ward. I could get any benzo I wanted shipped to my doorstep if it came to that, I just don't trust myself with them. I'm very, very close to trying to rationalize a long acting one though because I feel on the verge of a total breakdown. -

What is it that bothers you then I mean without getting too personal on a internet forum...is it just general anxiety? I admit I really don't understand that concept I've never had that issue. I guess the gist of what I'm saying is look for further insight on what the ultimate problem is here and try to work on that. -
