I took so much phenibut yesterday my stomach was like one solid mass of acidity, was forcing myself to puke towards night time just to relieve the discomfort. Too much lately. Yesterday I think I took like 2.5 g in the morning followed by another 2 g later in the day. I was going to skip today but said fuck it and took 1.2 g earlier. Still have like 80 g left from my last order.
How does phenibut compare to klonopin or xanax? I get prescribed klonopin and it really doesn't do anything for me unless I take like 10 mg, I guess it helps me sleep but if I run out I can't really tell the difference.

Interesting, I was able to get back up to 20 consecutive push ups (chin or chest touches the floor, full lockout) pretty quickly, it's my abdominals and lower back muscles that don't keep up. Supports my observation that I may retain strength and mass better than average.
