2017-11-21 at 11:37 PM UTCHere in my neighborhood theres quite a mix of people because its near the university a lot of people of middle eastern descent that go to school and shop owners. A lot of older people with really nice houses. Though i will admit theres not a lot of black people around here only like 3, 2 of the are homeless and clean the convenience stores, the coffee shop that owns one of the laundry mats lets them sleep in there. They are pretty chill one of them is from west africa, he's deaf but he can still joke around with you.
Then a few months ago I was kind of skeptical of this one black guy, I thought he was just walking the neighborhood on the prowl to steal stuff and partially I guess because of the way he dresses, he looks extremely ghetto and homeless but I've talked to him and he actually has a really nice apartment and is cool.
The only people here that are up to no good are the Ortega brothers from LA, a couple of cholos. I don't even think they actually live here, but my neighbors and I always see them "fleeing a scene" like they will try to break into house and ransack them but they almost always get caught and are both seen running away, or they will get arrested sometimes they will talk their way out of being taken to the station, sometimes not...
but they always come back, but most people consider them to be a joke and not taken too seriously -

And I'm not sure I understand your question if it's about the economic bit because murder, assault and rape are not methods of gaining economic standing unless being payed to do so.
You could claim the first 2 as a result of robbery and such but you forget the fact that there are plenty of nonviolent but still illegal means of gaining money, as well of course as legal work.
Meaning lack of intelligence to commit the nonviolent crimes or a predisposition to violence.

This has been my entire point and it cannot be refuted regardless of their reasons.

you see there is a few factors involved that you haven't taken into consideration and which blows some seriously big holes in your, finny's and vaders so called statistics. that part where you talk about 13% of population committing 30% of the crime, vader saying 6 out of ten blacks are criminals etc. well the biggest factor that completely messes up your racist claims is known as 'multiple charges'. multiple charges refers to a defendant being charged with more than one crime or multiple counts of the same crime and is an extremely common occurrence. in any court on any day there will be many defendants charged with multiple charges. in fact its not unknown for defendants to be charged with 5 or 10 or even more charges in one go. this fact alone would at least halve the number of people committing all those crimes in your statistics, probably more. then you have to factor in repeat offenders, offenders who after being convicted of an offense, or multiple offences, then go on to commit further offences. to claim that each listed offense related to one separate person is either naive as fuck or straight up calculated to deceive.
then your figures also do not factor in unsolved crimes, unreported crimes and racist cops. its no secret that the majority of cops are white and many are racist. they stop and search black people way more than white people. when a cop drives past 3 white guys and stops the one black guy to find he is wanted or in possession of something, for all anybody knows 1 or 2 of the white guys were also up to something. but that goes unnoticed and so doesn't make it onto the stats and also contributes towards a higher ratio of black prisoners overall.
both these facts contribute massively toward twisting the stats way out of proportion. which means these statistics cannot be relied upon to give anywhere near to an accurate picture in this argument.
