And you might not have claimed this but you said that you believe it correlates with poverty which I addressed in my post, rates of poverty even with a margin did not account for rates of crimes, not all of them.

You'll notice that the majority of the white percentages of overall crime mostly hover around 60-70% and 70% of the population committing 70% of the crime is understandable and logical, can you agree there? It's pure percentages
But 13% of the population committing 30% or more of the crime doesn't conform to that logic.

With statistics how they are, assuming that an average of 5 of each recorded white-perpetrated offence is committed by a single criminal and 5 of each recorded black-perpetrated offence is committed by a single criminal, the ratio of offences and criminals per capita remains the same.
