2017-10-12 at 8:54 AM UTCDissolve the thing in water, make it into a powder(Carefully) then add that to 30ml water. enhancement off the pill bindings and get an insulin syringe, draw up 0.1ml and drop it into your nose. Nasal fent packs a nice punch as well, much more so than oral or however you wanted to take it.

If you know what you are getting and your tolerance is as high as it usually is with fent users, you can easily eyeball 1-5mg and just smoke that. Like I've said before, carfent has almost heroin like euphoria and lasts way longer than the other analogues.

Like I've said before I find smoking carfentanil better than IV-ing it, the rush is much better and alot of carfent users agreed with me on the AB forum when it was still up. I went through all of it in 60 hours nodding non-stop.
