   This may seem like a strange question and I'm not sure if I'll get any responses, but I am looking to make a simple program(most likely JAVA) that'll change a photo I have, into a similar photo but with an enhancement. I have never done any graphic programming aside from toying around with existing OCR code attempting to bypass CAPTCHA.
   
   In a nutshell, I want to change certain parts of the photo, based of the darkness/lightness, to either become a diagonal line at a 45 degree angle(each way depending on the shade) or a checkered box patterned. These three things(each one of the diagonal lines at a 45 degree angle, for both ways, and the checkered box pattern), would all be based on the lightness/darkness OR maybe even the specific color(I would want to try both).
   
   One more thing that this will all need, will be that either the diagonal lines, or checkered boxed areas, will have to alternate line by line, one darker than the original, the next lighter, the next darker, the next lighter...
   
   I know exactly how many pixels wide I need the lines to become in the specific photo, but I need to write up a specific algorithm for this process because all of this photo will need to mend into one. Meaning, that the lines, regardless of their direction or pattern, will need to line up specifically to the amount of pixels that I need them to be.
   
   I was curious if any of you have any experience doing anything like this?

   I would also like to know more about this, more so the bankless banking.
   
   I don't really know a whole lot about bitcoin, but I'd like a nice tutorial on how to use it, as well as other alternatives. The most secure way I know of, is to have someone send the track data from either a gift card or a debit card, write to a card, and then spend/withdrawal the funds. The shared debit card would be good for two people that exchange funds regularly.
   
   It would be interesting to see vendors selling track data, account data, logins, everything, for prepaid debit card that they took out using other people's PI. Then a person could just buy, change to login and PIN, and have a bank account with a card that could be used at a ATM, for regular business.

    If your CC company hasn't sent you a card with the chip inside of it by October 1st, you put on a good disguise, drive out to retail stores, park a distance away off camera, go in and buy things using your card, and then later report that some asshole must have skimmed your card, your bank will have to reimburse you for those charges.
    
    From what I have read, the liability falls on whoever has the oldest technology. Either banks not issuing cards with chips inside of them, or the store not having a chip reader.
    
    Edit: This liability shift wont work with ATMs until 2016 or so.
    
    My question, is this also true with debit cards, or is it a credit card only type of deal?

    I chose my vim setup for a number of reasons. The primary one is that at some point I had internalized the vim keybinds enough that I can't type as fast on anything else and I expect to die that way.

    
    It appears to me, that being able to type fast and 'only use the keyboard', is the choice of professionals. I made a thread about this on either Zoklet or RDFRN, asking if I should try to stop using my mouse.
    
    I've never used VIM, but I think if I tried anything else, that would be the first thing I looked at.

    I stopped using Windows this year and doubt I'll be going back. I suggest others do the same.
