I remember when it first came out der juden were claiming the costs per missile ('interceptor') were $40k to $50k. back then I had an intimate familiarity with how much those sorts of things cost and considering other similar systems, there's no way each one was less than $100k but probably close to the $250k range.
the pisser is...of the (back then) billion-ish USD cost of the development and production costs...the US taxpayer was paying for most of it. and the best part was the fucking kikes wouldn't allow the US to have information on the system specs and details.
considering the cost of each interceptor...and the cost of what the missile is itercepting...the fucking hajis can literally bankrupt the state of judenland by launching their garage-built $200 ghetto bombs into assorted population centers then laugh as der juden spend a few hundred k per missile...and they usually launch multiple interceptors 'just in case.'

I don't get why they'd use SA-5s when Syria has SA-10s and the SA-21 system. SA-5 is antique and pales compared to a -10 or -21. fuck...either one of those systems engages any manned aircraft, its more likely its going down than not. SA-5...not so much.
Why the shit would they launch a SAM at a SAM? IADS are one of the most complex...maybe the most complex...parts of modern warfare and there needs to be a whole helluva lot more info released for me to form any sort of assessment.
one thing I am certain about is both syria and jediland news releases are more propaganda than accurate reporting. unless someone comes up with jediplane pieces...or valid pics of a broken jedibird...it didnto get shot down. if the jedis actually flew their birds where it was feasible for an SA-5 to engage them...they have gone full retard.
