Saying "bundy is a shitty dissociative" is like saying "cocaine is a shitty stimulant" because the only cocaine you can get is 95% baby laxative and lidocaine by weight. Bundy is a fantastic and highly enjoyable dissociative. It's everything that comes bundled with it that sucks. -

Shit, see, this is why I added "(if it does at all)", because I was looking at the phosphoenolpyruvate and it looked like the CO2 got substituted with a new group but I'm chemically illiterate so I wasn't confident in that answer. So it was a trick question? You fucker. Proud of myself for getting as close to the answer as I did though. -

Fuck science. None of this is real anyway. -

"Here are 10 drugs that were recalled and eventually pulled from the market altogether.
Valdecoxib (Bextra)
Pemoline (Cylert)
Bromfenac (Duract)
Levamisole (Ergamisol)
Rofecoxib (Vioxx)
Isotretinoin (Accutane)
Sibutramine (Meridia)
Terfenadine (Seldane)"
The FDA never pulled Accutane, Roche just stopped manufacturing/selling it in the US because they kept getting sued and weren't making enough money from it to justify the expense of defending it. Pretty sure you can still get it as a generic formulation. Would be a shame if they did get rid of it. I had horrible acne when I was like 14 and a couple months of accutane cleared it up so well that it basically never came back. -

~9935060 lb ft/s
Scron was wise enough to outsource this to me. I hope that helps. -

Not exactly the kind of decision that's easy to judge when you aren't yourself in a burning building with a terrified child about die in another, possibly far more horrific manner. It's not like help was coming. The ATF was happy to sit and watch them all burn. -

2021-02-28 at 6:43 PM UTC in What would be hell for you?Existing, and the only two options are existing forever or not existing one day. No good options there. You either exist forever which is terrifying or you stop existing which is terrifying. It'd be especially bad if you were under the impression that you were going to stop existing and lived in fear of that, only to realize about halfway between when you started existing and the time you'd probably stop existing that existence not stopping is its own unique horror and that you're trapped in the ultimate catch-22. You either stop existing one day or don't, and you can't win, and you'll probably stop existing before you come to terms with it.

Justified true belief is the common working definition of knowledge in academic philosophy.
Whether or not you understand what "justified" or "true" means in this context isn't relevant to the point, which you repeatedly can only dodge and never remotely address, which is that you cannot have knowledge without a belief. Knowledge of some fact is just a belief that you know is true for justifiable reasons.
It literally doesn't matter what mental gymnastics you want to employ about the meaning of justifiability or truth. We don't need to get into epistemic nihilism to point out that your point was dogshit.

2021-02-28 at 12:04 AM UTC in what do you guys think of this work here?I guess my real rating is "if I was an 8th grade art teacher and a student showed me this, I'd be extremely impressed and encourage them to stay passionate about art".

2021-02-28 at 12 AM UTC in what do you guys think of this work here?I don't know how I'd 'rate it', but it clearly demonstrates a practiced form and style that remains fairly uniform throughout the piece. Solid use of color, and enough of an understanding of proportion to exaggerate and experiment with it in a consistent way. If I was going to throw a number at it I'd say 7/10, but that's pretty meaningless. Whoever drew that could probably produce a decent 3-panel comic in their own style without anyone batting an eye.
