Just recently, a container was seized which contained a frozen child in it who had been stuffed in there and froze while still alive and shipped. Organs can go for upward of $20,000-$100,000 or more, depending on how desperate the recipient's family is and how wealthy they are.

They'll go to the department store and hang out like a regular shopper and watch for lifters and then approach them outside the store and confront them and demand money. In 9 out of 10 cases, the thief pays in full right there, and the career fraudster walks away with the merch and can sell it on Kijiji for even more cash.
