You seem to have some kind of insight into this that none of the rest of us have.
They were taken down because they thought just because they owned a bit of Net real estate that they therefore owned the community they felt like abusing their authority on. They thought wrong. And they're still thinking wrong, because they never learn, until it's game over.
Trump is the President because the whitehats in the government aren't going to go along quietly into the night. There are some real heroes working diligently in the background, working just as hard as the bad guys and their lapdogs. It's going to be close.
