a few years back, my dependence on pills to stay in a stable mood was so bad that i could go from really happy to suicidally depressed in one minute, it was fucking bad. i didnt act on the thoughts because i knew what was happening and that i had no reason to be depressed but it was horrible enough that suicide seemed a logical option to make the depression stop. i cant believe it ever stopped, it was a wild fucking ride. -
