You say 2.5 million, when we time that by 30 we get 75 million. So 125000 deaths out of 75 million is a 0.17% fatality rate.

If it snows where you live, yeah, basically. mineral oil has a warmer freezing point than water, one guy reported both his harddrives failing when his case froze and he booted up not realizing it, SSDs are probably safe though. -

This has already killed 4x more people than the flu did at it's highest. More like 6x if you look at the average.
The flu killed over 80000 people in the winter of 2018. Hospitals were crumbling under the pressure back then, you just didnt see it on the TV, they wanted you to panic about Russia instead of the flu that year. -
