A "healthy" climate is by definition a climate suited to our needs. The climate, during earth's 4 billion year history, has never been stable. In the end, it's us that must adapt, not the climate.

It's called weather control. Supposedly government research agencies have been onto it since the 60's.
If we can control exactly how much co2, ho2, methane, ozone, etc. is in the atmosphere, and where it is, we could not only create perfect climates to suit our needs, we would never have to worry about global warming again.
Imagine Mondays are the rain day. Tuesday and Wednesdays you get snow for skiing. Then Thursday to Sunday is warm and sunny. Or something like it's always cold on the mountains. Always sunny at the beach.
Putting research on eliminating our emissions etc. is the wrong way to go. The proper way to go is looking forward. How the hell can we control this thing (the climate) which in reality is the thing that has control over us.

An American can travel to Spain, have his knee surgery, take a months long vacation, and with loss of income from taking off work even, you still come out on top compared to having the surgery in the US. An American insurance company would likely get the same pricing as a hospital in Spain would give you. But you as a consumer in the US do not get the same price the insurance company gets.
Trump has been working somewhat on this. Last I heard he had passed some orders to make the pricing systems transparent, i.e. the cost the insurance company pays for the same operation will have to be disclosed.
Because tax wise, it doesn't add up (unless there's severe income inequality). As a working person, you should be able to easily take 2% of your income and put it to healthcare. Which in socialist countries, is forcefully taken from you. Due to lesser taxation, you're also likely to have some family members who've been able to save up extra money to help you out.
In the US you choose who your extra money goes to. In Europe, and Canada, your extra money is forcibly taken from you and given to the needy. Either system should see the vast majority of it's patients fine. Again the problem in the US is the extreme income inequality that's taken place since the 60's with hyper capitalism and unequal pricing. -

In an actual all out conflict, the rifles do a miniscule amount of the killing. It goes rifle - machine gun - mortar - cannon - howitzer - tank - airplane - missile. It's also impossible to replace on what has naturally evolved over the centuries. The only place this would have use would be a high end untraceable assassins weapon or something. Maybe in a James Bond movie. -
