Originally posted by Ghost IT's called a vaccine which is happening no matter who wins. That's why Trump says don't bother closing things, it's done enough damage already. it will go back to normal soon once we have the vaccine and if you open the economy now before there's a vaccine and time it right then life can go back to normal.
Versus keeping things closed until theres a vaccine. And those things take a long time to distribute and when everyone gets it the economy will already be dead and it will be too late to just open it back up. You gotta warm it up like an engine on a cold winter day
Lol I hope you're trolling and not actually this stupid.
You remember when everyone was saying to flatten the curve right? Well other countries did that. It's VITAL to do it before a spike starts happening. Many states including mine have started to partially shut down. Bars are closed here again. Can't go into a restaurant. It's already flattened the curve here. You can see in places where they aren't cautious, the spikes get much worse. They have a lot more deaths. Hospitals in TX and GA are filling up right now and we've got people sleeping out on the floor and hallways again. It's getting bad again, and we need a nationwide shut down.
Saying there's a vaccine coming is like saying you don't need to evacuate from a Hurricane, because the National Guard will be by after to help clean up the wreck.
What's killing the economy is this virus, not the lockdown procedure. This is evident by looking at any nation which did a successful lock down. They were able to open back up without restrictions because nobody was getting sick. They've got sports stadiums filled in NZ. The only stadiums filling up here are Trump's.
History doesn't lie. Quick action saves lives and saves the economy. It saved Vietnam, it saved Mongolia, it saved New Zealand, it saved Germany, it saved Japan, etc.
Right now we're hitting a big ass spike. This is as bad as it has ever been. A lot of families are going to go without their loved ones this Christmas. -

Originally posted by Ghost Make up any number you want, just like the media does to push their narrative. It's pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain that these polls are only voted on by specific demographics and are wildly skewed. Oh look the CNN poll says Biden is winning! Oh look the Fox poll says Trump is winning!
And the average of all the polls in a leftist controlled media says Biden is winning!! whoa!!
You really don't understand how these polls are conducted. Even I will say that FOX polls are generally pretty reliable. They don't just poll fans of their network. It is separate from the news institution. Like if you want to participate in these polls you just sign up for Survey Monkey or some shit. It's not some super secret club.
Right now on FOX, Biden is 49-42 against Trump. On CNN, Biden is 52-42.
Biden is winning across the board. This +8 lead is very significant. In 2016, the average had Hilary at 48.5 - 44.9 against Trump. It was 1.7% off from the results of the election. In 2012 it was within 1%. These polls are very accurate, but like any sample taking, you have to adjust for the margin of error. This doesn't mean the polls are wrong. This is accounted for. This is why you see those 'chance to win' statistics, like Trump right now with a meager 12% chance of winning and 4% chance of winning popular vote. Trump had like a 30% chance of winning according to the polls in 2016.
The numbers don't lie. This election is beyond saving for Trump. If it was even 5% off, which it never has been, Biden would still win. -

2020-10-28 at 9:03 PM UTC in ITS OFFICIAL. BIDEN HAS WON THE PRESIDENCY!
Originally posted by -SpectraL A vote for Biden is a vote for more lockdowns, shutdowns, shortages and reduced services. All your restaurants and entertainment venues will be shuttered, and you'll be forced to wear a mask and social distance for years to come. Is that what you really want? Because that's what Biden has already vowed to do.
That sounds perfect! -
