Lol I fucking love Taiwan. Went two years ago and had a lot of fun. They're plenty socialist. They have free healthcare for all Taiwanese citizens (including immigrants which China doesn't do). I loved it so much I went and toured schools in Taipei.
The Kuomintang have been in power for a long ass time. They're just as socialist, just Democratic. Plus the CCP has had a foothold in them since Kai-Shek died. Similar to how they invade Hong Kong politics.
Here in the US numbers are still going up. My state is safer than others but basically the shut down was totally useless. Small flattening of the curve. -

Not really tbh. I went through 4 months of training training and spent 3 months on the job.
In Chicago you get to be on your own after 6 months and I did not want to be around for that. They were also moving me to the west side (because of my Spanish) which was the final straw. I didn't really do anything besides provide muscle.
Their attitude was also fucking disgusting. I quit drugs thinking I was going to do something good but nope. Military wouldn't have me because of my heart condition. Police didn't care lol. -
