Fiber is not going to help with that. Crouton is loaded with fiber. More fiber =/= perfect shits. More fiber = firmer shits. You're just compounding the issue, try taking magnesium citrate instead. It's what all the brainsmart opioid addicts do. -

Sometimes I have weird memories of being back in my elementary/jr high/highschool where it's like a huge maze and I'm completely lost even though I know those exact hallways and classrooms, and I can't seem to escape no matter how hard I try.
I'm pretty sure dreams are just the discarded leftovers of our thoughts and that this is somehow related to wanting to go back to college. -
