Iโm pretty sure I havenโt mentioned this on here, but I drink between 100-150 oz of water a day. I had a nasty Diet Coke habit, 6-8 a day. When I was off work for surgery, I cut back by 1 a week, had one headache, one day. Iโm down to 2 in the am, as my caffeine kick, then water all day. I know Diet Coke is bad shit, so I need to find something to replace it.

Lol I drink about the same. But not 64oz at night,that's insane and it sounds bad for your kidneys. I believe they start struggling over 1 liter an hour, which is a bit over 33oz.
Usually i chug like 20z first thing in the morning then sip through the day. I also drink caffeinated tea 1-4 times a day. Always a cup in the morning. I don't drink coffee but i luv tea.
Hardly drink soda or juice. Usually i just treat it as a desert. It's so much sweeter when you don't eat a lot of sugar.
Although lately, thoughts of Halloween candy has been consuming my life. I tried to get rid of it yesterday. -

Taxes were never lowered much lol. 10k-40k a year it only went from 15% to 12%. 40k to 80k from 25% to 22%
Meanwhile the corporate tax rate (on profit) went from 35% to 21%. Which companies like Amazon don't fucking pay anyway because they invest all their money in growth and high executive salaries.
He also fucked up deductions, which as someone who files several 1099s every year, really sucks.
Not that taxes are really a big deal. It would help Americans much more if we just raised minimum wage to and had a nationalized healthcare system. -
