I'v never been to a university (80s song) but I have been to community. Never a Dorm. Just learned it from people and even in a few Films this old rule is used.

In Russia in the 90s there was no such rule; you tell such words to someone they tell you to go fuck yourself. You just drag your mattress our into the common hallway and fuck right there and then. -

I watched a show how in The USA that Sgt can'ts make physical contacts through basic training anymore. they used to beat down recruits. I'm sure it still happens but their is a written rule now
In Russia they showed how a Sgt (or equivalent) would punch a soldier in his kidneys with a two hand fist thrust (martial art type)
the fucking poor guy wobbles a few steps and fell on his face like he was dead. bruised his kidneys and they shut down and he went into shock.
they also like to haze by "pinning" shit into a soldiers chest and then this Sgt guy does that parkour shit on all of the recruits by running and then side runs onto the group of guys (Soldiers forming a human wall) but in a way that he's running sideways on a wall (We used to do a form of this in middle school) but on people and kicking them in their chest.. some of them fell and the wall of people broke (wish I could find and source that video-- maybe I'll look later for it).
but they would rinse and repeat to make the soldiers salty as fuck. -

1: this is backspinning or programming former Cold War Axis youth (American mostly) to make them feel "Haha Russians hate serving for their country" when it will be clear that Russia is.. (Relates to second reasoning)
2: engaging in role playing for the less intelligent or lower IQ Russians to be mainly grunts. Training them for a year to build some kind of "Dig in" defense or build temporary stations or housing. for now they build for the elders and then it's a right of passage. the attitude (if true) is why they don't leave this "prison" he claims and keeps them all together, toughing one another up through hazing because when the shit hits the fan (G-d forbid) that they wont cry and run away because they're used to it.
3: the Elitist exist in all countries. They're a bunch of fucking Hypocrites.. especially if they're born into it and didn't work their way into it. They take advantage of the "common peons" (Blue or Brown Collar) of society as in any nation has.
Baicly this is their State run version of MIC (paid once by tax but ran by the country rather than contract out to companies like Lockheed or Boeing etc.. because they didn't trust outsourcing to privatized companies as the USA always has.. which is a form of Capitalism at it's highest level.
