Sparks had a lot of druggy meth-head types.. But every city has that one area I suppose. Seems all the Asians took over Boomtown , but there are literally new towns popping up East of Reno. It's probably where future cities will eventually spring up in the next year. I remember us camping near trucky river and making breakfast and this chubby girl who drove us was washing a pot and fell in, and us running a quarter of a mile to pull her ass out. There is a massive housing crunch in San francisco.
These started off at 1000 then went to 1200 and now 1400 in one year. It's for people who don't want to commute on a shitty crowded subway we call BART ,
It's the new gold rush (or the last 20 years or so)
But you can rent a studio near 7th street in Oakland for about 1700 or more and take a one stop under the bay to San Fransico.. It's like taking PATH from Jersey to Manhattan but slightly farther. About 15 minutes and you're at Embarcadero or Montgomery street. 15 minutes packed in like a sardine.. Hellish in the late summer months when it's 100 degrees inside cars with shifty AC and sweaty angry people around you .. But hey, you have your own digs in Oakland ..But on 7th street in an industrial area. Lots of Pot dispensaries though. -
