   No you missed the point. To charge for shipping and "handling" the law apparently viewed one in the same, but to process can be viewed as a separate entity. So instead of S&H it's now S&P .. but the entire process of both is the same.

    At 30 we didn't have computer coding bootcamps.
    I got a decent paying job in sales and credit at two different corporate offices over 5 years and even in payroll at a title company without more than a GED and just short of an associates degree.
    
    Seriously I am having a hard time with a 20 dollar an hour job which is probably like making 8 or 9 an hour in Austin. It's poverty. You're headed that way Bill Krozby. You will be living out of the back of an old shitty pickup truck with a rusted out aluminium shell. Drinking heavily and one cold morning the cops arrest you for snoring too loud and parking to close to a elementary school.
