It's outdated by 2022 standards, but is great for doing a movie night with family and shit. I think this summer I'm going to get a 300 inch screen for it to do movies outside and shit.

No, Fuck Zoklet and fuck Zok. Zok was given the chance to take over Totse, but decided he only wanted the community because he wanted to be able to make retarded changes like change all the forum names to cringey meme shit without anyone being able to bitch about it. That's why over half the community left within the first week.
It's really easy to distinguish the men from the boys because the boys still cream their panties over Zoklet while the men are busy pouring one out for Totse. -

I don't even get your end goal here. Rather than do something that might keep it warm/dry/dust free you're adding something that will make everything 100x worse. The carpet is going to absorb moisture from the floor and wick it out into the rest of the room.
The 95% humidity will cause the non-synthetic fibers in the carpet to grow mold, and cause any electronics you put down there to corrode within a month.
The excessive time you spend down there will cause you to get increasingly sick as you breath in black mold spores.
Your girlfriend and her kids will end up getting sick af as the mold creeps into the upstairs because you're too busy doing vlogs that maybe 3 people including you and your alt care about to notice the mold creeping up the walls and all over the ceiling.
Tensions will build as you both blame each other for the conditions of the house and your health. You increasingly getting irritated by being wrong, her increasingly getting irritated that being a good Christian woman has fucked her so hard.
She'll eventually kick you out, you'll have to throw out 85% of what you own because it will all be mold damaged, and we'll get another 6 months of "Poor me" threads.
All because you're too fucking stupid to take advice from people who know what they're talking about. You'd rather build some stupid ass fort that you've done nothing in life to afford. You're giving up a whole ass apartment for literally nothing. -

2022-01-20 at 1:15 PM UTC in Anyone lay carpet tiles before?You have to apply the glue yourself most of the time, and the floor has to be 100% free of any dust or debris or the glue isn't going to stick.
Contact adhesive needs to be applied to BOTH surfaces or it's not going to stick.
The floor needs to be WARM (IE: Above 50o) or it's not going to stick.
Keep in mind basement floors are subtly graded towards a drain, so good luck getting it square. The BEST thing you can do is follow the recommended pattern and measure out to the center of the room and start from there working your way out.
I know you won't read or follow any of what I just said because it's the actual way to do it so..... See you in a month when you start complaining about carpet tiles coming up :) -

That's still just as bad. It averages out to less than 10 miles a day which means it's either never hit highway speed, or has only hit highway speeds in brief bursts.
I mean, I'm not saying it's automatically a piece of shit because of low miles, but it's something to consider when a car has suspiciously low miles. -

Depends on how it's laid out. My mom's old house had the furnace and water heater next to each other but accessed from opposite directions, and framing around them would have made the basement laid out like a big J because the stairs would have ended right at the corner of the water heater.
I bet his girlfriend doesn't even have a house though. Normally Fona would have posted like 60 pictures with some insane plan like how he's going to put California Redwood ship lathe up and have Italian Marble counter tops for a desk. -
