    In theory yes, in practice likely not as Russia hasn't been hitting the landing zones of equipment that'd be used for landing troops and their new equipment too while having the capability of doing so.
    I guess they figure it's better to hit tanks with arty with men inside than on railcarts.
    Now if we're talking combined operations that'd further make it an existential fight and that wouldn't be good for anyone, least of all the Ukraine.
    Edit: if they're not landing equipment with them or supplying air support then it would make even less than no difference as NATO doctrine is air superiority first and except for the mercenaries that have gotten out or the already supplied troops the lessons haven't been learned or taught.
