In theory yes, in practice likely not as Russia hasn't been hitting the landing zones of equipment that'd be used for landing troops and their new equipment too while having the capability of doing so.
I guess they figure it's better to hit tanks with arty with men inside than on railcarts.
Now if we're talking combined operations that'd further make it an existential fight and that wouldn't be good for anyone, least of all the Ukraine.
Edit: if they're not landing equipment with them or supplying air support then it would make even less than no difference as NATO doctrine is air superiority first and except for the mercenaries that have gotten out or the already supplied troops the lessons haven't been learned or taught. -

makeshift airfield in the Dnipro region, Soviet Mi-17s donated to the AFU by the US from old Afghan stock. they followed up with FPV drone strikes on nearby fuel and ammo stockpiles.
Russian MoD seems to be allowing the release of more of these videos lately -

interesting photos initially from Ukrainian source
ISKANDER (and similar large ballistic) missiles typically have a ring of decoys that fire during the terminal phase, each with a heat source and radio transmitters to attract anti-air countermeasures. it seems in the latest strikes they've been completely removed and replaced with interference-resistant satellite uplinks - the implication being that Ukraine no longer has any credible anti-air or anti-missile defence and instead is relying solely on ECM -

Looks like 4 ceramic antennas, like the ones used for GPS.
I know the Russians have their own satellite navigation system called Glonass, but that's the obvious thing to target ECM on. I wonder if the Russians using GPS or Beidou or Galileo modules?
Satellite navigation was originally supposed to be top secret military technology, and you weren't supposed to be able to get a precise lock on where you were in any timely manner in order to prevent this sort of thing. They actually had a deliberate jitter in the civilian GPS signal until 1997 to prevent anyone getting an exact fix without leaving the GPS unit out for a long time, then averaging out the deliberate noise. -
